If you wish to exchange, for example, because you do not like the size or color, it is no problem. You simply let us know within 30 days and send the received goods back to us, with the note what you would like to have instead and your current address. Please use the address for this:

After receiving your return we will take care of the exchange and reshipment as soon as possible.

The item will be shipped to you as soon as the item to be exchanged has been received, inspected and found to be in perfect condition. Bracelets with signs of use or damage cannot be exchanged for other models or other sizes.

Please make sure that you order a correct size. We recommend you to measure the size again before ordering for safety. If the ordered size does not fit you, unfortunately, the return shipping costs of the returned goods must be borne by the customer!

Find the right size

How do I measure my arm circumference?

To measure your arm circumference, all you need is a thicker thread and a ruler.

Wrap your wrist with the thread so that it fits comfortably with you.

Now mark the crossing ends of the thread with a pencil.

Then place the thread with the mark on a ruler. Measure from point to point.

Please note: There should still be a finger-width distance between the wrist and the bracelet, as the wrist swells a little during the day.

This result is your bracelet size. Alternatively, you can use a tape measure.

Notice:

According to the conditions of return, the products can be gladly exchanged. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

You can choose a different size, model or product (as long as online terms and conditions and price differences, if any, are respected).

The size of the bracelet corresponds to the bracelet itself, without the clasp, by the clasp add about 1-1.5 cm, for example, a bracelet ordered 18 cm large, is delivered about 19-.19.5 cm (including clasp), but it fits, or speaks the originally ordered size so 18.

Depending on the material or braid type or closure, the total length of the bracelet will be larger than ordered but the circumference will fit perfectly. The ordered size corresponds to the wrist circumference and not the total length of the bracelet, therefore a bracelet is rather ordered only after a correct measurement of the wrist !

The stronger the diameter of the bracelet, the more we need to add extra length. The reason is the compression of the material when it is bent, it becomes tighter inside. That is why it is important to measure the circumference of your wrist with a thin thread or a tape measure (which is also thin), otherwise the value of the order will not be correct.

If you like, try it: measure the length of the bracelet in a straight state. Then you close it. Now measure the inner circumference of your bracelet and you will find it is significantly less than in the straight state.

Please do not take the length of another bracelet, this will lead to the wrong value!

All Constantin Nautics bracelets are handmade, for this reason they can be 2-3 mm different in size.

PROCEDURE FOR ORDERING PRODUCTS

1. by creating a user account

At the top of the web page there is a link to registration, where you can create a new user account. After the creation you log in with your username and the password you have chosen and add the selected products to your shopping cart. Then they go to the "Shopping Cart Zone" and click here on "Order". Follow the instructions on this page until you get the message "Your order has been successfully placed".

2. without creating a user account

Add the desired products to the shopping cart and click on "Shopping Cart" (top right). Once landed at the shopping cart, press the "Order" button and you will be redirected to the order page. Here you can tick the option "Continue ordering without account" to buy online without creating an account on our web page.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY TIMES

We ship orders from Monday to Friday usually within 1 - 2 days after order and payment. The goods are shipped insured with DHL. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the postal delivery time. Please note that there is no shipping on Sundays and holidays.

PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal

If you select this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal in the next step. If you have entered the required data there, it will automatically go back to this store to complete the order.

PayPal Express

Orders with PayPal Express Checkout allow you to shorten the order process. No customer account with Constantin Nautics is necessary, the data record you have stored in your PayPal account will be used as the address.

Amazon Payments

With Amazon Payments you can order with the payment and shipping information you have stored at Amazon.
Note: Of course you need an Amazon account for this option.

Payment process

In the registration window you will find the Amazon Payments button. There you only have to log in and confirm your purchase! After logging in once, all necessary data will be taken over directly from Amazon and transferred to our checkout form, which eliminates the annoying filling in of data. You will then immediately be taken to the checkout page, where you can, for example, change your delivery address.

Then check the details on our order overview and confirm your order by clicking on the "Buy now" button.

How does Amazon Payments work?

Add all items to shopping cart

By clicking on the "Checkout" button the registration form will appear
Press the Amazon Payments button and log in once with your Amazon login
Make any changes to your shipping and billing address
Select shipping method
Submit your order (only then the payment will be triggered at Amazon and we have registered your order).
ATTENTION:

It is not possible to redeem a voucher with the Amazon Payments payment method.

Immediately bank transfer
Sofortüberweisung is the direct bank transfer method of Payment Network AG. With Sofortüberweisung, you conveniently make a transfer for the respective amount to your online banking account while you are still placing your order. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after completion of the Sofortüberweisung. Thus, the item can be shipped immediately.

You pay the purchase price for the ordered goods with a normal bank transfer. As soon as the money is credited to our account, the order can be released and shipped. After your order in the store you will receive an e-mail with our bank account details for the transfer.

The disadvantage: The delivery time increases by 2-3 days, because the goods will be shipped only after your payment has been received on our account.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge for delivery:

within Germany - flat rate 3,90 EUR, Austria flat rate 7,90 EUR per order.

From an order value of 80 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.
